It takes about ten minutes, fifteen minutes, depends on if there is anything wrong with the vehicle. what well do is go through and check the fluids, all the oil, the transmission, the coolant,the washer fluid, anything that might need maintenence.  we check cv axles we check the tires for wear we check the breaks for wear. basically anything that needs to be maintained or replaced or if somethings obviously broken well make sure the customer knows about that. if their car has a check engine light on well plug in a scan for em and read codes for em and tell em whats wrong.  we do this once a semester, usually about 2/3 through a semester so people can know if their car needs repair or maintenance before they take off across the country to head home for the holidays.
