So for the past few entries I have been talking a lot about outsourcing... but heres a new term for you..... HOMESOURCING. Allowing your employees to work out of their home. This is a system that flight company Jet Blue has adopted. David Neeleman, founder of Jet Blue, says the company will never outsource to India. He said that the quality of employees they can get here is far more superior than what they could get by outsourcing to India.In stead of outsourcing, Neeleman has created job opportunities for mothers to work out of their home part time and still raise there kids. You guessed it! Neeleman is LDS.The moral of the story... the new trend in our society, whether it be outsourcing or homesourcing, is that we distribute work outside of the work place. It just depends on the degree of sourcing. We are becoming more and more able to source work anywhere.
