REXBURG, Idaho— Picar papas, lavar platos, y hasta cocinar frijoles… Así como lo escuchan!  Saber hacer todo esto, no es solo para las mujeres. y es que el departamento de arte culinaria enseña a el estudiante a preparar platillos exquisitos y con eso a saber como manejar un negocio. Ser parte de la cocina de Emma, es una de las formas en la que estudiantes tienen la oportunidad de obtener experiencia en el ámbito culinario.

“Cocinamos para esta clase, cocinamos para Ema’s Kitchen que se encuentra en el Clark, y este tenemos esta oportunidad de conocer un poquito del negocio. No nada mas cocinarlo si no ponerle un precio y venderlo”

La cocina de Emma es un mini restaurante que esta dirigido por estudiantes que tienen la oportunidad de aprender a manejar una caja registradora, preparar comida, y a tender al cliente como en un restaurante de verdad. este negocio ofrece sopas, ensaladas, postres, y diferentes sándwiches que te harán agua la boca.

Como Podemos ver estudiantes no solamente desarrollan habilidades de negocios, si no que este curso les ayuda a poder obtener y desarrollar su imaginación.
