ABC baby furniture

Today I attended the Newel K. Whitney Summit.

Tracy Joost, a mother of four from Castaic, CA was the guest speaker at the meeting that I went to. In 2003 she started selling her handmade baby blankets on Ebay. Eventually the business expanded to Tracy's Threads. Joost decided to contact a baby furniture manufacturer and expand into the drop shipping of cribs and other baby furniture.

In 2006, Joost looked into starting her own warehouse. She attributed her customer service and people skills to the quick expansion of her business. ABC baby furniture was opened in September of 2006, just after the beginning of the recession. What could have spelled disaster for the company turned into great success as it turned out that people reared more children during the recession than in times of prosperity.

ABC baby furniture began to sell more items, like toys, socks, and blankets.

When a person has a good business, offers great customer service, works hard, and truly enjoy what they do, this translates to the customer and brings great success.
